We price by how much trailer space your job takes up. The more you have, the more it costs — but the rate stays predictable.
One item or a small pile — quick jobs, single pieces of furniture, a couple of bags of junk.
A handful of pieces — a couple of furniture items, a few appliances, or a small mixed pile from one room.
One full room or a solid partial garage cleanout. This is where most residential jobs land — it covers a lot of ground in one trip.
Full garage or multi-room cleanout. Maximum capacity — one trailer load that clears a large space in a single trip.

Flat rate per floor above ground level. We confirm the stair count before we start so there are no surprises.

We start at $120 for any job — that's the minimum. From there, pricing goes by how much space your load takes up on the trailer: $150 for a small load, $450 for roughly half a trailer, and $600 for a full 10-cubic-yard load. You'll get a firm quote before we start.
No. The only things added to the base price are stairs (+$20/floor), mattress disposal (+$25 per mattress — the landfill charges us, we pass it through), and same-day service when available. No trip fees, no fuel surcharges, nothing else.
No separate heavy-item surcharge. Heavy items are priced by trailer space, same as everything else. A refrigerator takes up a certain amount of space — that's what drives the price. For very large jobs like hot tub removal, we'll give you a specific quote on-site.
Sean gives you a firm number on-site after seeing the job. Nothing gets loaded until you've agreed to the price. For most jobs, he can also give you a solid ballpark on the phone based on your description — so you're not waiting until the day of to know what to expect.
